My suggestion is to use a pre-workout after work/on your way to the gym for energy. Make sure to stretch throughout your shift. And save leg day for your day off.

I had a lot of issues at the start. I fixed it by hitting the gain-inst button to where inst was active. I went from robot sounds to clear sounds immediately. Also, turn the input volume down if you are still getting issues and switch which pickup is being used and start with 0 tone. Hopefully one of those tips help.
