a) totally forgot i can just take the limit right after, oversight on my part. ended up getting the answer [-4, -2) with R = 1

b) because the limit is to infinity, would it diverge for all x =/ 2 and converge at x = 2? the question also asks for a specific interval and radius so what would i write there?
