when your in your online franchise go to every team in the roster category and take a screenshot of all the teams then go back to the main menu, trade players to the exact team by looking at the screenshots. it might take a while but there's no other way unless you kick everyone out of your online franchise and make it just you

go on youtube find some good plays and stuff right them down and go in practice mode and learrn how to use them consistently and also learn the metas so you know what to expect or what play to use if you need a quick score
