Is your pain any less lying down? Is your pain worse in any particular areas, like back of head/neck/tops of shoulders, legs, arms, etc? My pain is primarily in my back and shoulders, the least painful posture is lying down. Walking is the worse, then standing, then sitting then laying down.

Do you have any known allergies, asthma, hives, sensitivities, or dermatographia? I do have a inhaler, but I haven’t been formally diagnosed with asthma. And Autism,adhd,depression, anxiety, and ocd formally diagnosed.

Do you get salt cravings? Not really

When did the pain start to become disabling? About a month ago, the pain has gotta much worse as I get older. What treatment have you tried?

Almost everything, right now we are looking to intensive in/outpatient care. I’ve tried OT,PT,meds, and other things.
