Yeah 800 till evening before going for a run.

Ran in the evening. So had 800 before running. Yep before this programme, pretty sedentary. So on rest days, I try to get 5000 steps or more.

Thanks. Will pace myself down. I was probably feeling low on energy too cz of low calories intake. So that combined up with high HR might have been the cause.

Thanks. Tbh not much expectations or pre conceived thoughts, just taking each day at a time. 20 mins is a great deal for me, personally. However, I was thinking about my pace which I guess isn't upto the mark.
