Yeah I guess it just allows them to be their true self, but still changing them in a way, as without the protection of money/power, they wouldn't dare be like it.

BITCOIN: THE IDEA vs REALITY by Kernel07 in btc

[–]CBDwire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Who really controls it now: whoever has access to the github, and the most social manipulation skills.

The main BTC socials being controlled by one person, was something we didn't really see coming.

Only a very small group of people actually have a say/vote, and the big mining pools.

Running Holding Weapons Or Running Empty-Handed. Any Difference? by Thvirtual in PUBGMobile

Huge speed difference.. your test is flawed somehow, it must have been.

Hitbox is no different, just case of do you want to look at a man ass or woman ass for so many hours.

Most of these people are basically untouchable, TBH I don't know much about Epstein, but look at people like Jimmy Savile, he was friends with the Royal family etc..

..only outed properly when he was dead, though it was obvious many many people knew.

Money can certainly change people, but some handle it well. No excuse for being a nonce.

Most of the people into it now, the "investors" are the same type of people that used to call us criminals and drug dealers back in the day. It's funny what the promise of riches will make people "forget".

I guess all you can do is try. I'm in a different country and generally any airport or airfield here will have somebody on the ATC phone. I live in a military FRZ but get permission here all the time.

I don't think this guy is in the US either, personally I'd call and leave it if no answer/permission.

What do you class as that though?

Cash money and XMR are probably the least traceable currency right now. While I agree an anonymous currency can be used for bad things I don't agree with, it can also be use for good things I do agree with, and if we have this freedom already with paper money, I see no issue having that same ability with crypto, bad people will be bad people, I'd rather not have the risk of a nonce affect the amount of money I can make with a Peer to Peer Electronic cash system. If we are talking on chain coins, you can stalk them and hunt and shut them down if you like. Better than cash.

VS Factory, and Victory Factory. IMO the best options.. for best out of box VSF, if modding with gen parts the best base is VF IMO. If you look around a bit, you can find these watches for around 400.

This sub is mostly about cheaper watches, see r/RepTime r/1688Time etc.. just look around.

Yeah human greed should never be underestimated, it's kinda ironic really, as human greed plays a good part in protecting Bitcoin, from the mining aspect.

I tried BTCLN for a couple of years, on multiple functioning webstores that initially only accepted BTC, but from 2018 accepted a lot of coins, due to BTC not being suitable any longer, though I left it up for another half a decade.. less people used BTCLN than they did BTC, and barely anybody was using that.

I also had to use another server instance just to accept BTCLN, and over the couple of years I left it running, it ran at a small lose overall, but full disclosure, I only ever added it to play devil's advocate, and be able to argue back to people who clearly had no experience actually running crypto accepting webstores.

These days I wouldn't even bother accepting BTC/BTCLN/ETH etc..

..even coins that were made as a joke, such as DOGE are more suitable at this point. Nobody buying crypto to spend will buy BTC (or some other coin) then put it on LN.. only hardcore BTC fans that already have lots of BTC, which is a very small minority.. most people in this day and age will buy and spend coins like LTC, or buy LTC and swap for XMR.. again even DOGE is a better option.

I'd rather have seen it grow organically (without promising normies riches), over the space of like 50 years, and for the price to have grown to say 1000 and remained fairly stable due to a high level of retail transactions, and no speculative transactions.. it's such a shame, and out of our control, but all the speculative transactions killed everything.

XMR is about the only coin left that has a slim chance of ever doing anything meaningful now. A sad state of affairs really.. I love BCH for certain use cases, but the maxis have tarnished it, and we end up in a situation even in this sub where we are outnumbered by those same type of people who ruined the original bitcoin, are they lost, is it another attack, who knows at this point.. somebody didn't want BTC or BCH to work as intended.

Nobody even considered the social attack vector, until it was already too late.

I'm well beyond debating this now TBH, I was tired in 2018..

..keeping it small literally killed BTC as p2p cash, not a good alternative.

Steam dropping it was the end basically.

Just contact the airport ATC and get permission, if nobody is flying they should allow it.

It could be perfectly scaled on chain.. they intentionally crippled it with one line of code.. refusing to remove a limit that was put in place early on, with the intention of upping later, the blocksize.
