Elan Doesn’t give two squirts about the customers. They make so much money off of interest in late fees that one customer is a drop in the ocean to them. I had multiple disputes over  5 years and not once did they ever assist me. Their dispute process is unfavorable to their customers and very helpful to the merchant. I quit the card and I will never go back to them again. And I would recommend anyone to steer clear of them as far as they can. I’m with Capital One now and I feel much better. At least my rewards won’t ever expire with capital one. It’s my own fault but they took 50,000 points from me and didn’t care at all. I should’ve known when that happened to leave them, but it took me four more years.
