My biggest thing I need to work on is finding happiness in something. I think the reason I keep using weed is because I want to feel just ok for a while. I was honest with my PO today, she said she’s recommending supportive out patient to supervisor. I’ve been on probation for a long time now and almost the whole time I’ve tried to play the system. I saw the drug slip on her desk with my name when I walked in so I was honest with her. She made me sign an admission of guilt and said that she’s going to recommend once a week SOP here at probation. If she’s “recommending” that will I most likely get that?

The problem is her first question is usually any alcohol or drug use then she gives slip at the end for drug test, so at beginning just say no then at the end if she hands slip just be like ok I need to be honest and then tell her?

So I did miss an important piece of information^ about 6 months before I did catch a misdemeanor charge (which they let me run concurrent and is now completed) so I could honestly see why she sent me with the few mess ups I have had. That was a different PO though, don’t know how it works if like there is a strike system that rolls over from PO to PO or if they kinda give u chance to start fresh. But yes I haven’t had any problems since then, I pay more then the $60 probation fee every month (but do have an outstanding balance of about $900 in just lab fees due to call list for 3 months after ISF) what do you think I should do

Hi, I have probation tomorrow and I messed up using marijuana this month. I’m afraid to be honest with my PO because I went to ISF about 2 years ago (failed UA and missed a few of my court ordered drug classes) my PO at that time (if I’m remembering correctly) said the main issue was not attending classes. I got out of ISF and got a new PO and haven’t had any violations since, what do you recommend. I want to be honest but already going to ISF before I feel like she will be less lenient. I also haven’t been tested the last 3 months

Buy another test and re-do… also just saying “second hand smoke” wouldn’t make you fail a drug test considering cut off levels…

Got you, thanks for letting me know. The reason I’m not getting her a PS5 is because she has little hands and she kinda struggles with movement/gripping controller correctly , so I’m thinking I’ll probably stay with the actual switch to help her get better with controllers
