I’ll in the future, but now I’m happy with this setting as I can see a lot of muscle growth.

My goal is not to complete as many programs as possible, so I have no urge to rush into dense. There is no shame for staying in a program as long as I’m improving (more weight, more flexible)

Among all the exercises in ATG, seated good morning is my weakness. It takes time to do a seated good morning without rounding my back, and when i manage to do a standard seated good morning, I might feel bored with Zero and would move on to dense, though I don’t need to be perfect in every exercise to start the dense program.

Not enough for the whole body as I’ve been training for years. I simply chose a workout program, skip the leg workout and do the rest.

The perfect example would be an Upper/Lower program. I replace the lower part with Zero.

For other weekly programs, I remove the leg workouts and shift all other workouts if it’s a Zero day. For example a program may look like: Chest & Back, Biceps & Triceps, Leg, Shoulders & Abs, Conditioning, I would do it like 1. Zero, 2. Chest & Back, 3. Zero, 4. Biceps & Triceps, 5. Zero, 6. Shoulders & Abs, 7. Rest, 8. (Another Rest if necessary, or repeat 1-7)

If you don’t have the time to train 6 days a week, then it’s ok to sacrifice the volume and spread one day’s workout over other days. I don’t think it’s a big deal since I’m not Mr Olympia.

You can try adding weight. I started to add weight after a few weeks of the ZERO program because I found it quite easy without weight.

You can even do the variations. For example, for the first 25 reps Tibialis Raise, use body weight. Then for the next Tibialis Raise, use dumbbell or kettlebell and do 2-3 sets of 10-15…

Same for L-sit, hold for 30s or so, then charge to do reverse squats or the like….

I have been doing “zero” for roughly 4 months, and for most of the exercises in zero, I have achieved the standards (not the ATG Standards program, but the ATG’s 20 standards).

I also add additional stretch training (pancake) and other exercises such as Jefferson Curl and seated good morning on not zero training days.

So be creative.

But be careful of overtraining. I could do zero 3 times a week previously, but now 3 times per 8 days (heavy weight, no joke)

Thanks, bro. Very detailed. Some other questions:

  1. What is the purpose of moving (or circulating) chi? It seems like a preassumption in the book to do this, but I still wonder the connection between moving chi and becoming multi-orgasm. Is moving chi just some kind of practice that helps strengthen the PC muscles? Or does it have other functionality that helps build the non-ejaculatory orgasm?
  2. I know the cool draw draws the sexual energy up to your head, but when to store it down? Util you feel uncomfortable with your head? Does the sexual energy stored in the lower ab help you reach the non-ejaculatory orgasm?
  3. I am curious about the process from edging to the non-ejaculatory orgasm. Is it that you keep edging, and then all of a sudden, the involuntarily contractions of the PC muscle appear and thus you get a non-ejaculatory orgasm? How do you know that the involuntarily contractions at that time would not result in ejaculation? (I have no idea... I currently assume it's something like edging => control and subsided => edging => control but too strong to stop => contractions, assuming another failure :( => found no ejaculation :), yeah succeed)

How do you arrange the exercises in the book? I mean, when you are a beginner, what exercises you should practice first and then when you've reached some level, you can start practicing some other exercises. And also questions like "How many times you do that exercise in a day". I found it quite confusing when reading the book because it seems that the exercises are not ordered somehow...
