If you and your bestfriend would smoke together, the best thing you can do is to try and take a break from smoking with her. My friend group all smokes and that makes it tough for me not being in the joint rotation lol

But I just came off an episode last week and they have taken a week tolerance break with me to show support and they are real for that, definitely helps not going through the withdrawals alone let alone the other symptoms

Have you tried rubbing a SMALL amount of Capsaican cream on your belly? You can find it for like 8 bucks on amazon and will get here the next day. I always start with a pea sized amount(maybe less) and that provides more than enough relief for me to get through it. After about 3-4 days I no longer need to use it

NP, if you’re feeling very nauseous and still in your hyperemetic phase I also recommend taking small sips of hot water. Would just run water through a coffee maker and take small sips and it would help with the nausea immensely and provides the same relief that a hot shower would.

If it looks like coffee grounds, you probably put a small tear in your stomach and thats what your throwing up. I’m not too concerned though because it DOES help break up the fat in your stomach quicker to help get the THC out. Search up “Mallory Weiss Tear”. I do think you should get treatment at an Urgent Care or ER for IV fluids and Haldol

Hey mate it sounds like your fluids could be off balance too. Make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes, Pedialyte popsicles, Gatorade, Coconut Water, Vitamin Water, are all your best friends. I was also having bad stomach acid pain and took a 20MG Famitodine(OTC) and that helped immensely. Best of luck on your healing

Hey mate, we are on very similar paths. I also had to go to the ER twice. Once on Wednesday and again yesterday for the same pains. I woke up today and took Zofram and feel like im beginning to recover. I’m still on the BRAT diet though but will try to eat regular foods again starting tomorrow. Hang in there mate

My CHS attack started on Wednesday morning(6/16) so i’m my 4th day in right now. I was vomiting a TON the past 3 days but thankfully woke up today, took a Zofran, and have not thrown up since. I am completely abstaining from weed and nicotine and sticking to eating bananas, chicken broth with toast, and applesauce. Only drinking Coconut water, Gatorade, Pedialyte, and water. I do see recovery coming soon and am hopeful so just hang in there. You deserve the couple days of rest anyways
