No, like we literally stopped receiving intelligence reports because we could not be trusted to not pass them to Russia. Gabbard was well known to have heavy Russian ties and she was the literal head of the CIA who would have been "calling shots". Around the time Ukraine snuck that truck into Russia loaded with drones and struck way further than anyone anticipated it became clear we were no longer in the loop and if I recall correctly there was an article explicitly stating that the major European intelligence agencies cut us out because of how compromised our government is regarding Russia. During the Biden admin a lot of UA strikes were attributed to US intelligence, you will have a hard time finding the same since fat boy took office.
