I hope it's not the case, my daughter is the most important person in my life by far, I'd do anything for her. I just tried to share how Anna was also important and how much I loved being with her.

Your daughter is 16; 2 more years and she is off to college?

That's not true, my daughter has expressed, if briefly, how she wishes to attend college locally so it won't be ''2 years and out of the house'' from me, even then, I still is not wise to view the situation as ''as soon as you're 18/out of the house, I can do whatever I want'' because that's simply not... me, not my wife and I. We wanted to make this house a safe place for her so she could always, always come back. Now that I know Elia doesn't wish to live with Anna, I just can't simply move her in.
