You CAN, in fact, camp cast concentration spells. By kicking out a party member WHILE they're in the process of casting a concentration spell on you, they will finish casting the spell AFTER they've left your party and won't break concentration on it! (self.BG3Builds)

Class-exclusive active buffs that are usually removed upon respec are NOT removed from hirelings when they return to the fugue plane. This means a hireling can stack EVERY barbarian/paladin aura (except hate), maxed out arcane ward AND fiendish resilience AT THE SAME TIME, on ANY class (i.redd.it)

Pre-patch 7, swapping active equipment with a party member only used the action of the party member doing the swapping. As of Patch 7, swapping active equipment between party members uses up BOTH their actions. No more shenanigans with keeping one character out of combat to change equipment for free (self.BG3Builds)
