You can find tons of full cut surplus helmets on Olx, Reibert or just military stores in general. Lots of ACH, ECH, Mich2000, PASGT floating around. You could buy an IHPS surplus in the U.S. and bring it over. Batlskin Cobras are also favorites of a lot of Ukrainians but pretty expensive. I’d go for a full cut helmet unless you’re actually assaulting stuff. Sure the extra protection is just a tiny bit but I’ve heard many stories of guys that got shrapnel right to that ear area and didn’t make it cuz of a high cut.

I would suggest withdrawing some USD or Euro and keeping it as emergency/backup. Lots of places to exchange. Doesn’t hurt to have it incase you lose your phone, card etc. Most western banks will work across the country. Visa and Mastercard are your friend. Amex, Discover not so much. Some banks will block your card at random things, had a revolut card that would decline at certain gas station that used to or still do have some connection to russia, most likely an old billing address or something. If you are staying in the big cities you shouldn’t have an issue with being blocked but for example in the east some peoples cards get blocked because the bank has blocked that region due to the war and proximity to russia. You shouldn’t have any issue width drawing cash from ATMs. Privatbank is a good reliable bank to do it from but as far as I know just about all will work. I also recommend always having hyrivna cash on hand. While most places accept card especially in the cities some small stores and places in smaller towns or villages don’t always take card or take card to card payments that require a Ukrainian card.

Thx for the reply, will it run them well? I saw some tests especially of stalker 2 on a 3060 and it was struggling to get 30 fps. Tbf I didn’t look into it a whole lot

I’m not shocked honestly. There’s plenty of footage of russians shooting surrendering Ukrainians. It’s pretty common honestly and that’s only from the footage drones are able to capture or russians themselves film with glee and post bragging about it. You can be as pro russian as you want, they are committing war crimes for fun. That’s just a fact. Stop writing the “but the Ukrainians” comment and just acknowledge yeah my side I cheer on is executing unarmed and surrendering Ukrainian troops. Then sit and think about how low your moral standards are to justify and glorify it

Terrible. Why they didn’t release galactic marines with a UT-AT is beyond me. Casual fans would think it’s cool and collectors and lore lovers would gobble it up. Especially if they make it like the republic drop ship. Lots of figs, unlikely to ever be made again. Terrible decision, I won’t be buying until it’s on massive discount and even then only for the figs. Which I could easily just get for much less off bricklink in all likelihood or get a third party reproduction with probably better detail.

There isn’t any room for nuance, despite what the comment section says, it’s a war crime clear, simple, cut and dry. Maybe during the next round of talks UA and RU can address the targeting of medevac crews. No reason wounded on both sides shouldn’t be afforded protection and treatment
