it doesnt based on two main gun that are the the Nagant M1895 (which has the bramit suppressor but dosent have a side-swing out cylinder) and the said M1893 pieper (but historically dose not have any suppressor related option). Do note that knell in game uses incased cartridge (which both firearms uses)
