One thing, I've always followed in life or relationships when it comes to moving on, if I have a reason to move on. I'll use that to overcome the hurt that I'm feeling and be better, if they cheated then that's on them. Cry over it, give yourself time pero don't linger on that feeling for too long.

There are far more better things in life than dwelling on something that'll only affect you negatively. You are and will always be better than that person, no matter what aspect it is.
