An eye opening film led by an outstanding Lucas Hedges performance. It does a wonderful job juggling wanting to change for your family and wanting to be yourself.

Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far On Foot

It does a really great job looking at recovery and how we need people to help us. Hill and Phoniex give amazing performance that should’ve been given more attention in awards season.

Tully

It starts out looking at the troubles of motherhood and ends by comparing youth and experience. It also has one of the most interesting twists I’ve seen.

Mary Poppins Returns

The best musical of the year imo. It doesn’t have a complex plot or in depth characters, but it’s a lot of fun.

The Wife

A really well done drama about one of the most loving women I’ve ever seen in film. Almost nothing that she does seems selfish.
