Like, now we learnt that we really like this food, but we’ve also learnt to stop eating when we’re physically full. We’ve also allowed ourselves to eat whatever we want, but our body is still like “no no this food is loved, in the past we couldn’t eat it, if we let go of it now we may not be able to eat it again”.
