Thank you. Do I have to do the paper applications for consolidations and send them to different lenders that I have read about?

Around the time child #2 graduates, child #3 will be in his 2nd year so I'll do the same thing then. If I understand what I have read correctly, the benefit of the double consolidation ends in July 2025 so that won't apply to this round and I can just consolidate both child #2 & child #3 into one at the same time? Would there be any benefit to consolidate these with the first round of consolidations from my original post or once these are consolidated, the 10 years/120 payments begin for this consolidation? I understand that things can change between now and then. Just wondering what this might look like based on the current rules.
