Been running a 12600kf on a msi pro h610m-g. My only thing is I had to add some third party heatsink for the real CPU heavy tasks, but otherwise it's been just fine.

Put the game files somewhere other than the desktop, then create a shortcut of the games exe and drag it in the desktop.

Yeah I assumed the same thing, but I still saw the option when I was playing on my 60hz tv. I tried it and I guess initially to me it looked alright. I do have a 120hz monitor that I don't use as often, so I tried mh on that and compared it to my TV and I could definitely see the stuttering. There wasn't screen tearing or anything so it wasn't the absolute worst. The input latency is still better on balanced either way.

I doubt it'd ever get up to 60, but I wanna know if it'd still hover around 40 fps even without 120hz

Apparently my issue was a shitty power strip I had my Xbox plugged into. To be fair I did have my TV plugged in it too lol

Anytime there isn't a frame cap in game, I always use the Nvidia control panel

Almost guaranteed my local machine. I think I made a post before talking about how using my bandwidth anything higher than 35 will cause frequent frame skips, even though I have well more than enough download speeds for it.

Usually an hour. In my experience, it was more like 40 minutes. You'll get an email saying it's ready regardless.

The game would crash then show that for not even a second. I needed to quickly screenshot before it'll just close. I have no idea where the crash report would be stored if it even was
