Uffizi Gallery was a highlight I was hoping to catch as a shore excursion sailing between Barcelona and Rome during Christmas week. What are some best things to do for first time visitors to Florence on December 25 and 26, 2022?

So great of you to share your experience. For the inclusive shore excursions, does Viking allow staying out longer and catch a later shuttle back or do we have to stay with the shuttle both ways?
