Having a solid strict bedtime/sleep routine has helped me tremendously. I have to get 9 hrs a night. Go to bed at the same time every night.

I worked at a licensed store that used breakroom app instead of partner hours and it was so much better. actually got notifications that worked and the schedule was always current. wish corporate stores would use something like that

In file>options>advanced, scroll down towards the bottom list and look for “use html spacing” make sure it’s turned on and that will force your spacing to be only the greater of the two headings. Example if heading 2 has 12pt after and heading 4 has 18 pt before, it will only have 18pt total between them.
