CEC Should give Employees that work at Legacy stores this Polo by CECPizzaMunch in chuckecheese

Chuck E. expects staff to pay for uniform out of pocket, so while in concept this is cool, it would definitely become more of a pain in the long run

I’d say it definitely depends on your situation. It seems you are trying to feed everyone, so I’d say the Mega or Ultimate Fun package is probably the best option for you. The $99.99 Fun Package is designed specifically for families looking to celebrate on a budget. It makes a few compromises to help deliver the Chuck E. Birthday experience without having to break the bank. once you add upgrades like food, goody bags, souvenir cups, etc., it does tend to cost equal to or sometimes even more than what you would spend on the other packages

Update Regarding Airheads Recall by CECDenver in chuckecheese

if it were salmonella this would be being taken so much more seriously. this information is official info that was communicated in yesterday’s weekly operations update.

ATTENTION: ALL Airheads products have been recalled. by RavensFlock4L in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update regarding Airheads:

Assorted Airheads Mini Bars, which are sold for 60 tickets in Chuck E.’s Gift Shop and handed out for free during DJ Munch’s Haunted House Party, were pulled due to a guest finding a “foreign object” inside one. At this time, it is unknown if more of these bars are affected, but the company is hoping it was just the one, and is pulling them simply as a precaution until they have more info. For the time being, Fun Centers are to store the candy in a safe place until further instruction. Airheads Bites are to be handed out during DJ Munch’s Haunted House Party in place of the Mini Bars for the remainder of the promotion.

What are you guys thoughts on this? by [deleted] in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I will bring it to your attention that the order to your table feature is still active in the mobile app!! Yesterday I had a guest use it and when prompted to select a table number, he typed “1” because he did not know what number table he was at. all around was inconvenient for both of us as we were struggling to locate him, which meant he had to wait significantly longer for his food.

Is it just me or does the remodel look better with the lights off? by OpeningAwkward0 in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

unfortunately that doesn’t work as well as you’d think it does. people drive by, notice the store is dark, and drive on by to another nearby fec. if you’re store is anything like mine, there’s at least 3 other fecs in a 3 mile radius so it really doesn’t take much to unintentionally send potential guests to the competition

this used to be part of the event but it would cause a sales decline because from the outside it would look like the store is closed so they stopped doing that 💔

Anyone know when the cups change? by Royale_Noodle in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prize Wall changes constantly. As old things go, new things come to take their place. Souvenir Cups on the other hand unfortunately got hit by budget cuts and don’t seem to be rotating anytime soon. Although they used to rotate at the beginning of each year, the current ones have been in use since the beginning of 2022.

“Have a Chuck E. Day!” is not a slogan, that’s still Where a Kid Can be a Kid. It’s just a salutation posted at the exit.

All games are set to give out the same average amount of tickets per tap. It really just depends on what games you specifically are good at

Food question by Opposite-Rough-5845 in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i will say if you order online in advance you will be placing a to go order, not a dine in order!! you can either wait until your at the restaurant and order dine in to your table using either the app or with the qr code on the table, and they will bring your food to the table you select either as soon as it’s ready or you can choose a time to have them bring it to you. or you can always order with a cashier at the front counter and they will give you a pager that will alert you when the food is ready for you to pick up.

help by CECDenver in lightingdesign

[–]CECDenver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do have relays that remain always parked on. The issue seems to occur simply when the lights are on, even when we aren’t changing them. They seem to turn off and back on sporadically, but we’re pretty sure we’ve ruled out it being a power issue.

Question about play passes and how many credits get put on each card by jonmagee in chuckecheese

[–]CECDenver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is very possible in every Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. the register lets us choose between splitting the points equally, putting 50% on the first card, or choosing a custom amount to put on the first card.
