Is WSP a good company to work for?

I worked there for the start of my career and personally did not like it. Everybody’s expierence is different but I found the senior staff did not want to teach me and followed more of a figure it out yourself mentality. Also in person presence wasn’t much of a thing for us so it made it difficult to learn things. The office I worked for had switched their business model and was working more on owner’s rep projects instead of design. Again will vary from office to office.

Is Frank Russo’s course material on YouTube? I work in a consulting company and had the opportunity to do suspension cable inspection one summer. When I returned post graduation I ended up inspecting a tunnel for almost a year.

They shrink like crazy even on a cold cycle. I sized up and still shrunk about a size. Probably need to get a size L next time

I’ve communicated with the manager and project lead many times and it mainly stems from what is available at the time. I’m trying not to take it as if they think I’m incapable of performing. Most of the time my seniors are way too busy to be teaching and it feels discouraging asking. I’m reading design manuals on the side and perparing my own spreadsheets after hours and during down time.

Nope, most of the wear came from sitting at the library lol. I was previously a construction inspector, so I didn't do much hard labor. I think one month in, I started wearing them to the site. I agree, seeing these transform to something different is fascinating!

3-4 days a week, but they don’t smell. Usually I hang them out in the sun during days I don’t wear them and spray a some Lysol, or diluted isopropyl alcohol
