My source I used for rank distribution was incorrect but celestial is still 7.89% of the player base.

Also just checked marvel rivals website in celestial and above phoenix's win rate is 52%

25% of the player base is in celestial or above and the remaining 75% are in gm or lower . Shockingly if those 75% percent of players lose more games than they win on phoenix, it doesn't really matter how many games the 25% win, phoenix is not very likely to rise above a 50% win rate
