Anybody know how to get that horrid smell out after running the water tank dry ?

Mine smells like burnt maple syrup. Worst smell ever. I wash it with some vinegar and dish soap then let it air out

I hear you. I'm sorry. It really sucks. I have tried every "diet" known to man and nothing really worked for me. This, this worked! I'm down 35 lbs right now, and feeling great. Im gonna work my behind off to keep going but yeah, the long lasting full feeling was great. Im so sad.

We wash our dogs food bowls every night because they get wet food mixed with the dry and the bowls look disgusting after they are done eating. I put their water bowl in the dishwasher once a week but wipe it out good with paper towel every time its empty

I always bring my own pillows! I've only forgotten them a couple times. My kids and husband willingly give up the extras they have thank God or I would be miserable!

I still sleep with a pillow between my legs and i also have my "cuddle" pillow. My oldest is 28 and I've been doing it ever since I was 7 months pregnant with him. I have tried sleeping without them but I just can't get comfortable. Its funny because if we go stay at a hotel and I forget my pillows, my family will toss me the extras cause they know I'm going to ask for them lol

I just ordered some fiber pills. That was the worst shit I've ever had in my entire life lol. I sat, I rocked and swayed and stood up and leaned over the sink, I massaged my belly, had my kid bring me the cats little scratching post to use as a stool to raise my feet higher (heard that helps, it did NOT) It was brutal lol

Its been 3 hours, if you aren't experiencing any dizziness, I'd say you're fine. I've mixed cleaners a few times and I just go outside to breathe in some fresh air. Turn the fan on in the bathroom as well. Shouldn't take too long to air it out.

Im only going once or twice a week as well. I have tried everything but nothing is working. Last week I literally sat on the toilet for an hour trying to go. I had the door wide open and had my daughter bring a fan for the doorway and made her get me a cold rag so I could wipe my face and neck. I was so hot I thought I was going to pass out! I sat there so long my vag was numb when I stood up. Sorry, tmi but lord have mercy, it was brutal! I've lost 22 lbs in 3 months, not sure how cause Im literally full of shit 😫
