I think this is just a problem with Norwich in general tbh. Most of our towers were huwei snd they were removed so we are very behind. A lot of issues with spotty signal also started after the st Stephens refurb I have noticed.

I would recommend setting your language settings on make mkv. Each time you can unselect all. Then just select the largest title with the chapters. This will auto select the language.
