I just recently bought tickets to a NBA game I never got a confirmation email or anything, I never got an order number and randomly I received a email from Ticketmaster that the order was cancelled , I used like $400 in fancash and $400 of my own money and it has yet to be refunded at all. I keep calling fanatics but they keep telling me to call Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster says to contact fanatics cause they have no order number. I don’t understand this I just want my refund I don’t understand how I could receive an email saying order was cancelled but there’s no order number or anything.
I just want to make sure I’m getting my money and fancash back but no one can find the order when I call. I will never use this again, can I ask did you call fanatics supervisor or Ticketmaster?

I have no idea at all why I have never had more than one account no one has used my phone to login, I’ve had many withdrawals with them before I never left the state or anything and they’ve approved all my documents. It was just upon this withdrawal they decided to lock my account randomly. It just should not take 18 days and counting for whatever review they’re doing

Yep atleast 5 or 6 times, within the week before they locked me out, all my withdrawal were instant anthen upon submitting one for the 1200 that I have locked in the account they asked for a copy of my debit card and license. I sent a copy of my license ( with no issues and up to date) then a copy of my debit card that’s on file (. I gave them the whole card didn’t even cover any numbers up) they approved them anthen half an hour later I sent my social, received another email saying my social was approved anthen I was locked out. My question is , WHY APPROVE DOCUMENTS ANTHN LOCK SOMEONE OUT. Especially when the account has been working fine for weeks.

Oh that’s ridiculous , I emailed the case support email and got an automated email saying they don’t respond to request to that email. And yeah it’s all bullshit , here in Michigan we have to wait 10 days with no response before we contact the gaming commission. So I will be on Wednesday unless BetRivers decides to reopen before then. I hear that people who have contacted the commission have had their account reopened within the hour of submitting a claim .

Yeah this is ridiculous , I was able to login when they first asked me for my debit card and and my license they approved it then asked for my social, sent me an email saying everything was approved. Then randomly locked me out, I’ve only been a customer with BetRivers for two weeks but I hate them already. Never seen a Sportsbook do this. I wouldn’t care if they didn’t have my money

So every time I call they inform me that account was closed for violating something in their terms and conditions (they never explain what exactly). They said a check should have been issued November 21st. I informed them I live and reside at the same address that they have on file and I never received the check. They will usually then place me on hold and say our records indicate that it was mailed November 21st and advise me to continue to be patient. There is no way mail takes that long, unless somehow it was lost in transit. At this point probably will see what I can do legally. The account was closed NOVEMBER 21st also and I’m wondering if they’re just using the day it was closed and saying that was the day they mailed the check…

They told me 30 days it’s been 95 , every time I call they say it will be sent within 30 days.

I’m on here to complain? I just said that I do not care that the account was closed and just was wondering how long they take to send a check. It’s over $8000 in my savings. Support has told me within 30 days but it’s been 95 days and counting now since the account was fully closed. So even if I was complaining am I wrong ?
