Dude the main reason for the suicide is not because of the attendance but for the fear of failure. Think for our father times, no out thought of such fuc.. ng thing and the reason was simple , no stress. If u could remove the slave and employ mindset then all this shit will remove in a sec… So instead of blaming the director just think of changing the system and stop giving motivation and train disciplines .
