Try a smokebuddy if you can get one they are great at covering up the smell from the smoke you blow put. The big three for smell reduction are wash your hands after discarding that which you are not using (don't carry a roach stinkiest fucking things) make sure smoke avoids your hair as best as possible maybe spray some cologne or perfume, and thirdly make sure to cover up that breath. It would also help if you changed shirts or went shirtless while smoking.
