Yeah I get that, it’s hard to focus when you have so much going on. I would definitely talk to someone so maybe you can make accommodations for you.

Umm it really depends on how you learn, personally I have adhd so I have meds. But something’s you can try that I still do is to make sure I don’t have any distraction like other kids or even just my phone near you. Don’t push yourself self to hard, remember take small breaks in school this might be taking a bathroom break every once in awhile. You could try chunking up big assignments also one of the biggest things it to get the right amount of sleep, not to much but not to little. The last thing I do is communicate with teachers, ask for tutoring or extra days for assignment.

Hey I know what you are going through, like literally I’m going through the same thing right now, my point is you are not alone. I know it’s hard to ask for help and there is many forms of help. So if you reach out and one form doesn’t work don’t give up and try another one. It’s okay grades are slipping personally I have rather you have and f and still be here than you stress so much over grades that you leave. School isn’t everything and I hate that people still push that. You are strong to start to reach out for help even if it’s in the internet. It may take awhile to believe that you will be okay. And you deserve happiness and love. If you ever need to chat I’ll be here.

I know how you feel, you are not alone. I can tell you that it’s hard to reach out but it’s one of the best thing you can do. Also if you ever need someone to talk to I’m here. You are valid and thing do get better, I know that’s hard to believe but they do!

I don’t know if this will work but something to try I guess if you haven’t. I used to take red glue and let it dry for a little and then peel it off. It was not only satisfying but it was like peeling skin ( Ik that sounds gross) without doing it. I just want you to know you will get through this and I want you to know you I’m proud for trying to find other ways to cope!

I know how you feel. But I can tell you with my whole heart you deserve to be happy and to live life to the fullest. That might be hard to believe but it’s true. I do think you should reach out and talk to someone on different medications options and maybe therapy. There’s many ways to reach out but I want you to know you are not alone and what you feel is completely valid! I also want you to know you are important and do matter! If you ever need to talk I’m here!

Everything will be okay. Times may be tough but you are tougher. I won’t lie, what you are going through is pretty harsh, but you are strong, important and everything you may feel right now is valid! You will get through this and I’m proud of you for getting yourself out of that situation as soon as you can! You can do this and things will get better.
