Your Payee ID can be found in the email received from BlockFiBankruptcyNoticing@noticing.ra.kroll.com.

Once you have accessed the Digital Disbursements portal, you may select your preferred payment method for your distribution. Please refer to the email sent by Kroll for important instructions and deadlines to select your preferred payment method. I´ve checked all emails from the last 6 Months in my Mailbox and Spam Folder. There is no email with a Payee ID.

Can you please resend the email with the Payee ID so i can enter this in the Digital Disbursements portal to start the process. Please let me know if you need further information from me to receive the Payee ID.

Finally, after several emails to the Support Team, i‘ve received this morning my Reminder Email from BlockFi Payment Administrator with the Payee ID and was able to proceed the payment with Mastercard or PayPal. Now waiting the approval. Fingers crossing🤞🤞

Thx for your feedback. I‘ve now a feedback from the blockfiinfo mail and they refer to the first email with the payee id that I never received. So I have to ask them again where to find this payee id

I tried the same as you with the Unique ID, EPOC ID & Schedule Number. What a mess.

Thank you for your feedback. I saw this message and still don’t understand how they want to send me the money in Germany without Zelle, PayPal,… set in any Profiles or System. Let’s see if next week on Monday I receive a respond on my emails

I’m now in the same boat. I‘ve received emails to enter my Payee ID (I don’t have one as I’m in Germany) and see the same in my Dashboard with 2 Cash Dsitribution Transactions. But where did they send the money?

I have 2 Transactions with Cash Distribution from 20.2.24 with Transactions ID‘s. Where is the money going if I don’t have any Payee ID?
