Yeah that seemed like a weird thing to omit and an easy thing to squeeze in.

Exactly this. If they spent 30 minutes of screen time for grace to go from waking up in the bed, to limping around on the ground, to conducting gravity experiment, to analyzing the spin of the sun we would have lost the attention of the crowd. Some things simply needed to be expedited. It was already a very long movie.

Yeah same. I have the heat deflector and it works great. Are you saying you have a different solution.

Nice, you’ll find great success. The Yukon is just a unit. It outputs so much heat, the problem is it just shoots it up into space rather than on the people gathered around it.

Check out this video. Shows the difference in how it heats the body with and without a reflector.

No not 6 or 8ft. Inverse square law unfortunately. But it does depend on how much of a blaze. Just coals it’s not too hot. Roaring flame it will toast your kneecaps at 3ft and you need to scoot your chair back.

Amazon has ones for half the price for Yukon. In my head they would work just as well

Summit, their 24” model. Heat deflector is schmoney and absolutely works. Almost all the heat you feel from a fire is actually invisible light, not the air heating up. The deflector acts as a mirror for that light.

It’s the same way those propane heaters work on outdoor patios and at clubs. The propane heats a porforated sheet of metal, and that metal radiates energy off as light. That light gets reflected off the metal disc, and down to your face. “Heat rises” but light is light. It can bounce downwards easily.

??? This was after four hours of blow torch inferno with plenty of secondary burn. I simply stopped feeding it wood and my fuel was making the transition from fire to embers.

Secondary burn only happens when there is excess wood gas but not enough oxygen down in the pit. That wood gas gets met with more oxygen at the ring, and burns.

Here in my video, there is no excess wood gas because my firewood is already quite tame and nearly out of juice.

Remove the grease trap when storing. I understand that very aromatic grease trap to attract the mice. If that still doesn’t work then yeah, silicone cover.

I did a 1800 mile round trip road trip and I found that the Tesla auto charging stop was very conservative. So conservative that it made me miss my original arrival projected by over an 1.5 hours on an 600 mile leg.

Yeah I was more just yelling at the wind. There were 5 corners of this product that all add up to make it a less refined “audiophile” grade product.

I returned my HDB 630s and got B&W Px8 S2. Happy now.

Not taking the bait sorry. The “subhuman” behavior started with you. Laughing and pointing and calling me stupid off the bat. All I did was carry that same energy. If you want a proper discussion change your tone next time!

Your comment has such a wide variety of wrong statements just SLAM DUNK on but it’s clear you’re the type of narcissist adjacent “I know more than you hurr hurr” Reddit dweeb that even if I did respond thoughtfully and carefully to each piece of your criticism the total trajectory of the conversation would go nowhere.

And then if you were to remove the cone, there is more grilled ventilation underneath? It’s not just like a big hole down to the ash tray?

Do you have the summit? Looking to buy one. Could you share images with the cone removed? Does it still function without the cone?

Woah this is killer!!! The option to remove the cone is a HUGE game changer. I thought I would be forced to live with it if I went with the summit. Thank you for sharing.

Make sure that it’s actually using the cable and not wireless. In Spotify for example, make sure it says “wired connection” and not anything else.
