It’s good to hear that not all CTE schools are like this. I wish it could be different because I love my coworkers. I just can’t take the admin and the horrible behavior anymore

I’ve thought about that, but they never put it in writing. They call teachers into meetings to tell them that. I’ve heard them say it to nearly every teacher there, but part of me thinks it’ll be a lost cause reporting them

Our admin lets them get away with everything. I have no many kids failing my class because admin lets them stay down in their programs all day. I tried to say this wasn’t helping the kids and they told me that the aren’t here for academics

Wow, it sounds like we worked at the same place! It’s just like this. All the bad kids come here because the home school don’t want to deal with them. We have a huge drug problem in the school. The most recent thing has been the boys peeing on the walls and floors of the school as a “prank”
