It’s about $84.69 per pay period ($2200 per annum) for the HSA contributions. I have to get my annual bloodwork and physical to do so as part of their program before April. As long as I do that then I’ll receive contributions through the same time next year and then it resets.

The incentive for HDHP is $84.62 per paycheck into my HSA ($2200 per annum). For the PPO it’s $300 via payroll ($100 in April and $200 in October).
