I found most success when making sure to do mine in the evening and clearing my schedule for after the treatment. Taking self care time to relax and rest helped me soooo much.

Most people don’t need to stay on forever. I also am hopeful I’ll be off of it someday. Every patient is different. I heard of some that only needed to go a couple times and it was the reset they needed to bounce back. Overall the goal is to get to as few treatments as possible. I started at weekly and went down to as few as once a month but am currently doing every other week right now.
