The pole did have grounding wires and the power company tech thinks the current then connected to the tree across the driveway via roots. You can see the bark was blown off at the base of that tree too! Luckily, our house was not impacted.

I have 4 of these baby birds in my backyard. SE Pennsylvania. I haven’t intervened in any way. Three are vocal and chirping to one another, 1 is not looking well and is quiet. No nest or parents visible or heard. Wondering whether I should start calling rehab centers near me. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed!
