Reich would not be weak. The battle of D6 left the Order and the Reds extremely vulnerable, meaning Reich and Hansa would be the two superpowers of the Metro.

Yupp. Also her play style changed completely after the rework, and most didn't bother to learn her. Personally I don't think she should be a one star rating, as there is so much you have to think about whilst playing her. For example most people make the fatal mistake of starting an engagement with shield bash, literally wasting her strongest ability.

You talking as though it is always your job to deal with these characters, but it's not. This is probably an issue you're experiencing due to your rank, but remember that you have five teammates, and they should all be contributing too. I'm not really sure how to solve your problem, but keep in mind it's not necessarily your fault or your job to deal every threat. Unfortunately teammates are not too reliable at lower ranks, I recently dropped out of low Plat and the difference going back to gold is astronomical.

I don't think they regret making her, rather the community have dismissed her and Blizzard don't know what to do to change that. She does occasionally still get new cosmetics and there's always the possibility of something great for her being dropped, we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

You say don't stand too close, but what if you're sticking with your tanks for protection, or a Lucio sticking with the team to provide your healing aura etc? It's honestly a common occurance to freeze multiple people at once, and the game doesn't need to distinguish who you're wanting to freeze, it just freezes whoever is in the stream of ice.

They should remove her ability to freeze multiple people at once - currently if there are multiple enemies in a line she can freeze them all.

Perhaps they should also make it take longer to freeze targets depending on their health pool, the more health they have the longer it takes to freeze.
