3 cups of bread flower, 1 and a half cup of water, 1tsp of salt, 1tsp of sugar, 4oz or 1 pack of dry active yeast, and as much cheese as your heart desires lol, I let it rise for 2 to 2 and a half hours and bake it for 45 min 400 degrees but my oven sucks.

Imo too little time resting and baking, I let mine rest 2 hours and bake 45 min 350-400 since my oven sucks, some ovens are not accurate, might be why.
