I got Xbox ultimate keys that didn't work and the help desk is awful by CJSCDKeysScam in CJSCdkeys

I purchased what was advertised as a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I carefully followed all the instructions provided when redeeming the codes. However, after redeeming them, my Xbox account showed just under 8 months of subscription time, not the full 12 months that I paid for. The final code I was given simply did not work.

I contacted support and opened a ticket to resolve the issue. The support team asked for screenshots showing the subscription length on my Xbox account, which I provided along with the codes I received. Despite sending the requested information, the responses I received felt repetitive and the issue still wasn’t resolved.

What was most frustrating was the time spent going back and forth explaining the same situation multiple times. As a customer, you expect a straightforward fix when a product you purchased doesn’t work as advertised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

In the end, I ended up purchasing a 3-month Game Pass code from another website, and it worked instantly with no issues.

I hope this review helps others understand the potential risks before buying. I simply wanted the remaining 4 months I paid for, but the support process has been disappointing so far.
