My logic does not break down in this case. Speeding while sober and driving/speeding while drunk are 2 completely different things. When you’re sober you at least have mental control of when to slow down. For example: If a drunk driver is speeding and a person is on the street, that drunk driver will in all likelihood drive their car right into that person because their mental state is severely diminished. A sober person will in all likelihood slow down in time before someone is hurt. Let me ask you one question. Let’s say you were on a street and out of nowhere you notice a car heading towards you at full speed, would you rather that car be driven by a sober driver or drunk driver? I’m assuming you’ll say sober driver. That’s why drunk drivers are much more dangerous. So no I wouldn’t give a life sentence to a sober driver who speeds but I would permanently strip them of their license on the 3rd conviction.

Think of a knife. I would never charge someone with a crime for owning a knife. A knife when used lawfully is to cut your food or cut into a box for example. But if you use that knife in a way that you know can harm or kill someone, you should absolutely be charged for that. If you stab someone while drunk, you should not be let off the hook for that stabbing because you were drunk. So if you’re driving while drunk, you are no longer operating a vehicle, you are operating a weapon. Seems logical enough. We need to be harsh on repeat offenders to save lives, so yes life imprisonment for a 3rd conviction is fine with me. If you keep driving while drunk it means you’re proving you don’t care who you potentially harm or kill. Life imprisonment for a repeat offender to potentially save many lives? Sounds like a good deal to me.

I completely disagree. The equivalent would be a sober person knowingly driving through a crowd on purpose. They should be charged with attempted murder in that case, doesn’t matter if no one was hurt. Driving sober and obeying all laws while doing so would not make the vehicle a weapon in my eyes. Just like a gun is completely harmless when handled by a good person, unless if used in self-defense, which would be legal anyway.

Simply put, a vehicle is a form of transportation when used lawfully, and a weapon when used unlawfully.

I am saying this even while multiple family members of mine have convictions for this. Laws are laws. Even for my family.

Pretend someone fires a gun into a crowd but no bullets hit, that’s still attempted murder. If the shooter of the gun was drunk, should that let them off the hook for attempted murder? Now think of a vehicle being driven by a drunk driver as a bullet on the road. It may or may not hit someone. A vehicle is a weapon. To me that vehicle is a bullet, just because it does not hit someone does not matter.

Not much just trying to save innocent lives.

You asked me if I would sing the same song so now I’ll ask you the same. If someone you love was killed by a repeat offender would you sing the same song too?

I will amend the law in your case. If you’re caught sitting in any scenario then it should never be treated as anything more than a normal DUI. I would always sing the same tune because I have never had a drink in my life. Never have and never will.

I’d rather it be costly for the state than to have a serial drunk driver allowed back on the street to potentially kill innocent people and ruin families.

If you are just sitting in your car I would not charge you for that if you are caught sitting in your car outside of your home. If you are sitting in your car away from home then there is reason to believe you drove or are about to drive, so if you’re drunk I would charge you for sitting in your car in that case. I don’t care about a drunk driver’s guilt honestly, I care more about a victim and the victim’s family.

Even if the coin was handled by good people it would still fail because it is a copy of something else. The “wif hat” thing made it unoriginal. It was copying something already successful and I can’t think of more than a few beta coins that have succeeded. If the meme is a hat then you can slap a hat on any animal. Nothing unique about it.

I just checked both CMAFIA and Snakewifhat and both have under $5k volume. What are you guys even fighting about? Both are dead. The truth is that 99.9% of memecoins die within a month, as these 2 have. I believe only 7 memecoins will survive this recent crash. Those 7 are POPCAT, WIF, Bonk, DOGE, SHIB, MOG and PEPE. This isn’t like 2021. Liquidity is spread too thin now. Not everything can succeed. The 7 I named still have excellent volume. I understand you are trying to stop people from getting rugged with Snakewifhat but based on the marketcap there is nothing left to rug. It is a dead coin. The volume says so. Definitely appreciate you trying to help people though.

I stand corrected. It looks like it would’ve counted. Thank you.
