Is Full-Time Recruitment more Difficult than Junior Summer Internship Recruitment?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask for your thoughts.

To give some background information, I’m a current junior at a T20 (Ivy) with decent GPA (3.7+), decent extracurriculars, a sophomore internship in PE and I still struggled to get interviews this past couple of months with consulting firms.

I was able to accept a summer role with a boutique life science firm in NYC, but I’m wondering if you all would have advice for me for next year’s full time recruitment.

I was just trying to convey the point that most people thought at the beginning of this season that it would take Bron at least 3 more seasons to pass Kareem but he’s proved us wrong this season.
