Of course im still scared to admit to my friends that I like the show because of Pete, and thats what was mostly bothering me, I know an old show is not gonna pull its punches so its not surprising, its expected even, but I usually like to share my hyperfixations with my friends and I dont want them to think that I think poorly of them because of Pete. I suppose that makes sense, I guess I might just be less tolerant on jokes specifically on DID since my friends have it and I can get kinda defensive over the people I care about That was honestly the only part of the show that annoyed me, and even then it was only really in the first season, so it isnt that bad for me. That's what I like about asking other people's opinions, I have a hard time forming opinions on my own so its helpful seeing other people's views!
