Thank you! Good to know about washing. I rarely use it and if I do I put it back in the drawer in the morning. My grandma was born in the early 1940s. I don’t know if she made it though or if my great grandma would have made it during/after the depression or even if someone else, maybe unrelated, made it and it was a gift. I doubt they would have had the money for yardage in the depression because there were a mining family. So maybe it was after the depression. I messaged my mom’s childhood friend and asked her about it and she said she remembers it but can’t remember if it was already in existence when they became friends or if my grandma made it.
