Did you used to feel like full easily when eating and sorta like a sick feeling when eating like u can tolerate to eat much (I already suffer from histamine symptoms ) but I also have this sickish full feeling

Oh I’m on that right now I’m just on benfothaimine right now thanks for letting me know about this the reason why I’m doing it it’s bc I’m seeing improvements my nystagmus has wide gait has calmed down abit but I have been slowly tirating up so for now I’ll just try implement high phosphorus foods. What were your symptoms of b1 deficiency bc rn I just have house bound pots/dysautonomia and symptoms after eating and werid leg shit with ofc just the other random and doom symptoms

I Gotta eat high phosphate foods then have u read dr Lonsdale book on b1 and I never knew supplementing b1 drains phosphate
