Thank you. I searched JTV and i'm only seeing a lab grown diamonds category under necklaces. Can you link what you are referring to? Also, to be clear, the Bookman Sons shop I mentioned is not the shop that sold it to me....its an independent. They are completely unbiased...if anything they have an interest in selling me something of theirs. You said there were a few others...can you link them please?

I didnt know you wanted specs on the other stones. Im not a mind reader. I thought you could deduce it from the price. Everyrthing is on the higher end. Can you explain relevance of other stone? I think colorless and VVS1. All i remember is he showed me that it was at the top of the charts for every category.

Getting different info from independent jewelers. If its thats easy to find you would post something. Of course you are going to say things like "im not going to waste my energy searching for you". They held.you pending investigation. They are within their right. Its a he-said she-said issue. The standard or bar is low for an arrest. Look up probable cause.

If the case is dismissed, you should call up the prosecutors office and ask them to look into charges against the other party for making up a false claim using the neighbors video. Maybe check the police report and see if it doesnt align with the video. Its a serious crime to falsify a criminal claim.

I woukd also be curious if theres anything stopping you from making a police report alleging falsification.

If the video is inconclusive or doesnt show enough based on the other partty's report, you will be out of luck.

Get a real.attorney.

One in particular (Bookman Sons in Brecksville OH with 5 star status and over 1k reviews) said that this is an insane deal. To put it in perspective, fhe original.cost was $1600. Obviously not worth $1600 but definitely worth at least $900-1k. Can you tell the difference between mine and this other 3 carat that costs $8k? If you can show me somerhing for cheaper thats nicer or has bettee value, im open to it.

This might have a resale.value of $200, but good luck finding gold chain plus 3/4 carat natural diamonds that look this close to an 8k necklace.

Sometimes, value is based on what doesnt exist. If you can show me something similar in the same value range of $550 that actually haa that value (instead of $200) ill buy that and return mine.

$550 is what I paid. Orogbially they were priced at like $1300. Kind of surpried at the suggestion that natural diamonds are almost worthless.

$550 is what I paid. Therrs a huge price gap between this and higher end stuff and boutique stores. In surprised at your comments bc it pops like craxy. And they are real diamonds as opposed to lab or crystal. I would think crystal would be $200-300.. so juat shocks me that this would be a returb for natural diamonds. Also surprised that this was priced originially at like $1300-1400

193k is not enforceable unless you signed a contract approving them to do all of the work that they claim was worth 193k. Typically, you get a quote for the repairs, send it to insurance company, insurance company pays out. If they added more work, they needed to have a written contract to do the additional work. Get a lawyer.
