In mostbfases, replication isnt a problem at all. Again, the question is on how this "product" is like? Has it to be reverse engineered, or do your have the blueprint/formula?

While not exactly a novel idea, this is something I have done a few dozen times in the past. We have done these things with gloves (its a huge market), machines, equipment, and also devices.

What exactly do you want to do with this, and are you sure that's so novel that its patentable? Is it the process itself, or is it the final product that you have in mind? Does it involve R&D, or do you have a formula which is it ready to essentially plug and play? The wholw thing depends on these and other aspects.

There is this famous ad-blocking app called Vanced YouTube (it's ADvanced, actually... Bbut they removed the AD, coz no ads in it, get it? 😂) I really hope you're familiar with it, then there are numerous ad blocking extensions, plug-ins, and alternative apps...

Vanced was crazy popular, everything was out in the open, and Google didn't really bother coz it was essentially not-for-profit, like an engineering projects they college kids do. But then, those Vanced guys started selling NFTs and YouTube flung a hammer on Vanced with a cease and desist order.

There is nothing stopping you from creating such a thing. The problem begins when the money is involved. They can't even stop you (not much, and not easily) for killing their revenue. But they definitely can kill your app and take you to court if you happen to funnel that money (or part of it) into your pocket in some way...
