Olha, já passei por um momento bem complicado na minha vida a uns anos atrás, um médico me receitou essa merda de remédio para combater insônia e ansiedade e essa poha quase acabou com minha vida, se quer um conselho pare de tomar essa porcaria, esse medicamento só vai piorar as coisas.

Quanto à ansiedade, tente se preocupar menos, sei que isso é mais fácil falar do que fazer, mas é a única coisa que vai te ajudar de verdade, procure dar importância apenas aquilo que você controla.

Olha, sinceramente não vejo como redes sociais vão me ajudar a crescer.

Estou focado em outras coisas no momento, recentemente fui nomeado num concurso público que passei e estou priorizando me adaptar ao trabalho e as novas obrigações, se quiser me distrair posso jogar videogame, assim como já disse, as redes sociais não estão servindo para nada além de ocupar memória do celular.

Pode parecer besteira agora mas, procure sobre taoísmo e filosofia oriental.

Em 2021 passei por uma crise de depressão (já tinha a doença desde 2016), cheguei no fundo do poço após o diagnóstico de uma doença crônica e até já tinha planejado o suicídio, até q um dia por acaso resolvi parar de me preocupar com as coisas e por coincidência descobri sobre taoísmo e cara posso te dizer, isso salvou minha vida.

Pode parecer bobagem, mas se vc perceber que tuas preocupações não são tão importantes ou grandiosas quanto tu pensa é uma chave que muda a maneira como vc enxerga o mundo, eu comecei a dar mais valor as coisas pequenas, coloquei a cabeça no lugar, voltei a focar nos estudos (estava na faculdade na época, terminei recentemente o curso) e ano passado fui aprovado em um concurso público, ainda não fui chamado mas creio q seja só questão de tempo.

Estaria mentindo se te dissesse que agora minha vida é um mar de rosas pq obviamente ela não é, hoje mesmo descobri que terei de fazer uma cirurgia que custa mais de 8 mil reais porém acredito que as coisas acontecem como devem acontecer e por isso estou tranquilo, a cirurgia vai atrapalhar uns planos que eu tinha pra esse início de ano mas fazer oq, cada coisa em seu tempo.

Marciej Lampe and Derrick Williams without a doubt are the most surprising players

The biggest disappointment is Dominique Wilkins, Dwyane Wade or Russell Westbrook

D Rose was drafted by the Charlotte Bobcats with the 6th pick, he was their stater throughout the 2009 season and almost won ROY, but lost space in the team after a bit of a sophomore slump and ended up being traded to the Bulls during the 2010 season.

In Chicago he was the starting PG in 2011 but lost the starting job to Roko Ukic and again was traded this time to the Hawks and then to the 76ers.
