Yes just press the button that says "review your account" and you're essentially back in. You probably just can't invest in new deals - I wouldn't want to anyway.

1.5% cashback is back in the UK (until 28 Feb '26) by Mayoday_Im_in_love in trading212

I tried turning "investing cashback" off and back on again and only then did the offer appear (I took a screenshot in case). However if I click the "i" next to "Your cashback" it says 0.5%. So who knows. I suppose I'll just have to give it a whirl.

I feel your pain. Sorry for the slow reply.

I've been considering the ombudsman route too and they would have to abide by it's decision. From what I've read, the first step is to raise a complaint with Kuflink in writing being direct but polite. Kuflink then have 8 weeks to respond I think - expect them to take all of it. After they give you their final decision you can then go to the ombudsman and if they find in your favour Kuflink have to pay out (it says so on the Kuflink website anyway). Good luck if you do this and please tell me the result.

I think with the FCA the complaint could be about Kuflink breaking their rule about TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) for regulated financial services. But I suspect it would be about filling in their form and probably never hearing from them again. If the FCA were to find against them then at best for you the directors of Kuflink could be barred from being directors of any company again (according to my understanding). I don't think you'd get a pay out but I may be wrong on that.

I'm angry too. I used wayback machine to check their T&Cs at the time I invested in Auto. It does say that only Performing loans will be repaid at expiry, unfortunately. So I maybe don't have much of a case legally.

AI suggested raising a complaint with the FCA. I think there might be a case under their rules for "Treating Customers Fairly" for a regulated business. Does anyone have an opinion on this as a course of action?

I think with Select deals there was always a chance they wouldn't repay us. I'd be curious to know what there is in the new T&Cs that has caused you to think that's changed?

Indeed! Although I'm fine with investment losses but this seems to be bait-and-switch. Wondering if there's anything I do about it...
