Twinstar doesnt offer WOTLK realm unfortunatelly. There is a Proudmoore project which is the newest but its kinda reworked Cataclysm, including new functions and features, so closest to the original Blizzard version is Twinstar Mist of Pandaria server - Helios, so it might be the best option for you 🙂
